ARIA TRAVEL TECNOLOGIA E INTERMEDIAÇÃO DE VIAGENS LTDA. ("Aria") provides technological solutions aimed at organizing, planning, operationalizing, and supporting travel through digital platforms, automated assistance, and human support.
1. ACCEPTANCE
By accessing the website, using Aria's services, or interacting with its service channels, the user declares to have read and agreed to these Terms of Use.
2. SERVICES
Aria may offer, among others:
- travel planning and organization;
- route research;
- ticketing support;
- travel concierge;
- automated artificial intelligence support;
- operational support for the traveler;
- integration with tourism sector suppliers and partners.

3. REGISTRATION AND INFORMATION

The user is responsible for the accuracy of all information provided for ticket issuance, reservations, or other travel-related services.
4. USER RESPONSIBILITY

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
The courts of Campinas/SP are elected to resolve any disputes related to these Terms.
